1. Preparing the list of EFQM certified assessors and membered companies.
A list of certified Muslim assessors and companies who are EFQM members located in Islamic countries plus their profile was prepared, which included:

2. Preparing and sending invitation letters to official assessors and EFQM-membered companies through email, requesting them to attend MECCAward.
An invitation letter was written and sent to official Muslim assessors and companies who are EFQM members, demanding them to attend MECCAward.
3. Preparing and sending letters to companies who are MECCAward founders or sponsors through email and fax, requesting them to introduce representatives to attend the meetings in order to make further arrangements.
By this letter representatives and experts of founder or sponsor companies were invited to attend coordination meetings.
4. Assigning time span to receive articles to be presented in the ceremony.
All experts and assessors were requested to send their articles till 30th May, 2007 to info@meccaward.com.
5. Holding Experts Committee meetings and defining assessment processes.
The first meeting of B.E.E.S. will be held on 22nd May, 2007 in Tehran Chamber of Industry and Commerce among representatives of sponsor/founder companies.
