National Petrochemical Company (NPC)  , a subsidiary to the Iranian Petroleum Ministry, is owned by the government of Islamic Republic of Iran. It is in charge of development and proper function of the country's petrochemical sector. Founded in 1964, NPC began its activities by operating a small fertilizer plant. Today, NPC is the second largest producer and exporter of petrochemicals in the Middle East. The result of the research study, which was started in 1961, was approved by the first general assembly meeting to establish Iranian National Shipping Company on August 1967 with the name of Aria Shipping Lines. 

  Khouzestan Steel Company (K.S.C)
 

Khouzestan Steel Company (K.S.C) is one of the subsidiaries of Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) and the first steel making factory in I.R. Iran which is based on Direct Reduction. KSC is the second pole of steel production in biggest steel making country in the Middle East.
 


Eghtesad Novin Bank embarked on underwriting stocks on July 9, 2001, according to a permit issued by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In addition to stockholders, 126 legal entities and about 9,800 real entities are among the stockholders of the bank.
Stocks of Eghtesad Novin Bank have been traded on Tehran Stock Exchange since March 5, 2004.


In 3rd July 1972, (12 Tir, 1351) Sarcheshmeh Copper Mine Co. of Kerman was founded and later it was changed to the above name in 1976. The company is responsible for copper mines extraction and exploiting high grade ore and copper products like cathodes, slabs, billets and 8mm wire rod. 





IRANOL Co. IRANOL Co. is the leading manufacturer of Base Oils, Engine oils, Industrial Lubricants, Slack Wax, Furfural Extract, Petrolatum, Bright Stock and Anti Freeze in Iran was formed after privatization of the Lube Oil Refineries of NIOC in January 2003. National Iranian Oil Engineering & Construction Company since long time ago has been responsible for execution of petroleum and oil infrastructure project, inter alia activities including erection establishment and development of refineries transmission lines, storage installation and distribution of crude oil and petroleum products.

The Privatization Organization has been incorporated based on Article 15 of Islamic Republic of Iran rd Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan ratified in 2000, by changing the articles of association of the former Financial Organization for Promotion of ownership of Production Units.
This organization has practically commenced its activities with the new objectives and tasks since June.2001. The Privatization Organization is a governmental company affiliated to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, having legal entity and financial independence and the director of executive board and its managing director is the Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance.



Esfahan’s Mobarakeh Steel is the largest industrial complex in the Islamic Republic of Iran and has been established and commissioned after the victory of the Islamic revolution and entered into operational stage in early 1993. This company is located at 65 kms from south west of Esfahan which covers a land of 35 kms and has an annul capacity of 4 mt/years of flat steel products ranging in thickness from 0.18 mm to 16 mm in the from of hot and cold rolled coils and sheets, tinplate sheets and coils , Galvanized and prepainted coils.
