MECCAward Model 2011
The MECCAward Model is based on seven criteria. Four of these are ‘Enablers’ and three are ‘Results’. The model's schema has been designed as a wheel illustrating sustainability when moving (Figure1).
The first enabler criterion is leadership and management which have been placed at the center of the model. The other three among the enabler criteria’s are processes, resources and human resources, in that order. The three result criteria consist of customer and consumer results as the main interested parties of the organization, followed by environment and society results and finally performance results. The last includes financial and non-financial results and employee results as the most important sector of the organization's assets. The power of movement of the cycle or the wheel begins with the learning of results towards the creativity and innovation factors side by side the enabler criteria's and in the next cycle it continues under the expected results. This is a movement that, in case the leadership and management are strong, will never stop running.
